Model answers (aimed at band 7+)
Do you like travelling?
I do, although I don't get to do it as often as I'd like. I love the feeling of being somewhere completely new, trying the local food and just wandering around without a strict plan.
Where did you go on your last holiday?
Last summer I went to the Chimgan mountains with a group of friends. We stayed in a small guesthouse for three days and went hiking every morning. It was a nice change from the heat in Tashkent.
Have you ever been abroad?
Only once so far. I went to Istanbul with my family two years ago, and I was amazed by how huge and busy it was. It definitely made me want to see more countries.
Where would you like to travel in the future?
Japan is at the top of my list. I've been fascinated by its culture since I was a kid, and I'd love to see how such an old tradition and such modern technology fit together in everyday life.
